Although a “movement junkie”, Lisa specializes in the “non-working” forms of yoga, allowing her clients a chance to stop, heal, and repair. Her yoga training program, Take a Balance Break™ examines the Yin side of life and combines her love for movement and her quest for stillness.

As a graduate of The University of Connecticut, Lisa earned a degree and certifications in the sports world. She was also part of the initial wave of group fitness instructors and personal trainers in the early 1980’s.
