“Beyond the Detox” Video | Delivered to your inbox on 7/20
The video will explain how to transition back to the ‘real world’ and incorporate whole foods into your daily diet.  This is much greater than just 5 days, it is about reflecting on your eating habits and making changes that will allow you to go forward to healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

I’m Beth Fleming, and I want to help women “Take Charge of Their Health.” I’m a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school, and hold a Bachelor of Science from Mansfield University. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Wellness Educator my goal is to help clients reduce stress, have more energy and create an overall healthier life.

People close to me know that I have always had an interest in nutrition and fitness. My husband and I were both college athletes as are the three of my four children who are out of high school.  Like many of us over the years, I spent countless hours at gyms, on treadmills, in step class, at spin class, and taking any other fitness class that I thought would help with my overall health. Along the way I implemented the latest diet and food craze thinking they were part of my family’s long term wellness.  During the last few years, I stopped following and started to study for myself the science behind the health and wellness I’d been chasing for myself as well as my family. I’ve now gained the knowledge and confidence to stop dieting and doing excessive exercise. Instead my hope is to share this knowledge with others so they make “healthy” a way of life instead of a temporary diet. Today my life is a balance of foods that fuel my body and exercise that feeds my soul.

As an Integrative Health Coach, my goal is to educate clients about the power of eating “real” whole foods. By guiding them to learn which foods work best for them, they can transform their relationship with food, and gradually introduce eating and lifestyle practices that will become a permanent part of a healthier life. I believe this journey of nutrition and wellness will help them achieve optimal health.
