Our all levels classes are gentle enough to attend every day and ideal for students looking to begin their practice or for those concerned with injury. Teachers are seasoned to watch the room and cater the class according to the students present.
A vigorous approach characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Classes are diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy.
A dynamic format that includes a vigorous, complex sequencing designed for intermediate and advanced yoga students. Will include various elements of many different yoga styles with an emphasis on strength and endurance. Explore inversions, backbends and arm balances. Prepare to get playful while taking it to your edge!
A class that invites the more seasoned practitioner, teacher trainee or existing teacher deeper into their practice and into their own self-sufficiency. Will include inversions, advanced arm balances, deep backbends and bound poses while leaving room for the student to fuel the intensity as desired.
Lengthier formats where we use the pause button to teach poses/concepts and help to take you deeper into all aspects of your practice.

This is our most fluid class. Build your own heat, challenge your grace and strength as you move through a standing and balancing series, arm balances, and core strengthening while retaining the focus on movement with the breath.

A power class is a physically challenging, full body experience where postures flow from one to the next as you prepare for advanced postures, headstands, handstands, inversions, breath awareness and finally meditation. CANDLELIT WARM 26&2 (90°) ♪ | ALL LEVELS | 60 min
A fan of Bikram yoga and flow? A condensed offering of the Bikram-based set series of 26 challenging and effective hatha postures and 2 breathing techniques. We will practice at 90º for 60 minutes. You will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, internal organ and system in your entire body leaving you invigorated and rejuvenated.
BIKRAM (105°) ♪ | ALL LEVELS | 90 min
A fan of Bikram yoga? Sweat through 26 hatha postures & 2 breathing exercises; practiced in 90-105 degrees, allowing deep penetration while lessening muscle resistance. The asanas work synergistically and cumulatively to put the body on track; healing injuries and illnesses, inviting peace of mind and an overall sense of well being.
POWER HOUR (101°) | LEVEL 2/3 | 60 min
A physically challenging class where postures flow from one to the next. Build strength, increase flexibility while heating up from the inside out, create focus and reduce stress. A time-efficient and complete yoga class.
SLOW FLOW (90°) | LEVEL 1 | 75 min
Postures held longer with attention to alignment while moving at a slower pace with deep core work; leave feeling stabilized, lengthened, strengthened and connected in your body. This class is energizing and challenging. Expect to move, breathe, and leave transformed!
Cold Plunge | Ofuro Area
COLD PLUNGE | ALL LEVELS | 1 min in | 1 min out for 3 rounds
Cold water immersion (CWI), otherwise known as ice-baths, plunge pools and/or cold water therapy is a recovery process involving the immersion of the body into cold water (≤15˚C/59˚F) immediately after exercise in an attempt to enhance the recovery process. Depending on the intensity, exercise can cause various degrees of fatigue to the musculoskeletal, nervous, and metabolic systems. Exercise is also associated with microscopic tears in muscle tissue, commonly known as exercise-induced muscle damage (EIMD), this can then cause Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and cold water immersion therapy is a popular recovery protocol that helps promote physical and psychological readiness.
Due to its ability to improve recovery time and reduce the symptoms of DOMS, water immersion therapy has become a popular recovery method amongst sport scientists as it is commonly believed that water immersion therapy can:
• Reduce edemas and inflammation
• Decrease the perception of pain associated with muscular soreness
• Decrease the perception of fatigue
• Alter localized blood flow
• Alter localized tissue and core temperature
• Alter heart rate
• Reduce muscle spasms
• Reduce tissue inflammation

Warm up and build strength with Surya Namaskars and core work before taking flight. Learn tricks of balance, core and more in this class that is sure to deepen your practice and teach you how to take flight! Class ends with a beautiful guided mediation.
BEGINNER’S/YOGA 101 | ALL LEVELS | 60 min
We highlight the basics of asana, meditation and breath work and what they mean to a practice.You will be introduced to yogic breathing, basic postures, sequences, and principles of alignment. You will gain a strong foundation to inspire you to step into other classes with confidence and ease. All levels are welcome.
BUTI | ALL LEVELS | 60 min
Buti Yoga powerfully combines vinyasa-style yoga with dynamic movement, tribal dance and cardio in an energy releasing, empowering practice. This is not your ordinary yoga practice, it is so much more! You’ll release stagnant energy through intentional movement to upbeat music. Through the practice you’ll build strength, learn acceptance and practice self-love. (Booty shorts and/or sports bras are encouraged for class! This is a body-positive practice where we focus on deep core strength – seeing your body move is both powerful and freeing!) All levels welcome!
BREATHING MEDITATION | ALL LEVELS | 60 min
Come in to your breath and body – be guided through a two-part inhale, one exhale breath work and meditation class.This form of pranayama (observance of the breath) trains the mind to stop its chatter so that we can open the heart, connect with our deeper self, enter into the inner silence to hear the truth of the voice within. All yoga practice begin with the breath. The class will be accompanied by music and coupled with affirmations to aid in deepening the overall practice.
HATHA STRETCH | ALL LEVELS | 60 min

KINSTRETCH (MOGA YOGA) | ALL LEVELS | 75 min
Use the most current research on anatomy and physiology to deepen your yoga practice, improve performance in your chosen sports and activities, and become better equipped to handle whatever life may throw at you. Develop an unprecedented level of body awareness and control. The principles of this class are based on Kinstretch (www.kinstretch.com), a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion. Expect to simultaneously build strength and flexibility, decrease pain, reduce injury risk and become more educated about how your body works.
LAY LOW AND GLOW | ALL LEVELS | 90 min
Gather bolsters, blocks, blankets, and all things soft and cozy. We create a space to release and restore mind, body, and spirit. Postures are held between 2-10 minutes and are designed to massage, stretch and cleanse your connective tissues. We aim to transition into a deep state of calm in body, mind, and heart. YINYASA | LEVEL 2 | 60 min
A transformative blend of Flow and Yin designed to build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Move your bodies energy to promote inner stillness and peace as we move into longer Yin postures that target the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension. Leave feeling amazing!
YOGA SCULPT | LEVEL 2 | 50 min
A combination of power yoga, HIIT, free weights and upbeat tunes that will heighten body awareness, support lean muscle mass, and increase your metabolic rate. The integration of yoga with HIIT and weights reduces the risk of injury through acute attention to body movement combined with breath and maintaining flexibility as you increase strength. All levels welcome.
20 | 20 | 20 | ALL LEVELS | 60 min
Join us for 20 minutes of gentle movement to prepare for 20 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) so that we can sit together in meditation for 20 minutes.Hence the 20 | 20 | 20 title! Each week we review past methods and occasionally incorporate new methods and techniques so that we can deepen our collective presence and overall yoga practice.
50/50 | ALL LEVELS | 75 min
Class starts with a powerful flow to build heat and strength. 45 minutes in we transition towards deep stretching and restorative postures to help build flexibility and promote calming of the nervous system.

YOGI SEEDS | ALL LEVELS | 45 min
Yoga has physical and mental benefits for kids of all ages. All of our yoga classes are developmentally appropriate, and taught by teachers certified in kids yoga. Our toddler-to-kid yoga classes are for children ages 3-6. We use the Kidding Around Yoga Curriculum and all of our instructors are certified. Kidding Around Yoga is an internationally recognized kids yoga program that teaches children mediation, mindfulness, breathing practices, poses, and more through fun songs, games, and activities that kids enjoy! Your child will learn yoga through fun games, singing, dancing, and interacting with other children. The program is essentially a fun way for your children to learn stress management and get out their energy in a healthy way! The lessons your child learns in class will stay with them through all walks of life.
Family time is important so what better way to nurture it than by doing yoga together? Children and their caregivers/parents get to enjoy practicing yoga while strengthening their bond and having fun. In this class we will move in fun ways that are beneficial to the body and mind, all while helping to build self-trust, self-confidence and awareness of self and others. Everyone will learn balancing skills and participate in meditation. Yogi Seeds will allow for a conscious kid and the development of mindfulness. This class will allow the opportunity for parents, whether new to yoga or not, to offer learning and movement to their kid(s) that is fun and easy! The positive effects of yoga can be exponential when families practice together.

Stay calm, strong and healthy during your pregnancy. Designed to be suitable for women of all levels, in any trimester this class will help build balance, improve circulation, and tone muscles in a comfortable, supportive environment. Prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for childbirth while bonding with other women. Yoga can also help improve sleep and reduce stress.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Based upon individual needs, private sessions range from detailed asana guidance and deep adjustments, injury recovery, pre and post-natal yoga, to in-depth meditation instruction. For newer students, private lessons provide the opportunity to ask questions and receive personal, detailed posture instruction. Experienced practitioners will advance their practice. This seva (sanskrit word meaning selfless service) class will be taught by a different teacher each week. Each month’s total donations will go to a different charity. All levels are welcome. Each teacher will bring their special flavor and flair to the class but you can plan on doing asana, meditation and breathwork. Come and open to many possibilities of yoga as taught by a new face each week!
SOFTEN, STRETCH & STRENGTHEN | ALL LEVELS | 90 min
Relieve tension and deeply relax with this therapeutic class. Designed to enhance body awareness, develop better posture, and improve core strength. Foam rollers are used to soften tissue and challenge balance. This class is for anyone who wants the skill to relieve pain and increase energy.
BEYOND BEGINNERS | ALL LEVELS | 75 min
Everything you need to get started and progress with yoga! Beginners and Beyond is the perfect class to explore and experience the numerous benefits of yoga. Class focuses on different physical and mental aspects of yoga, such as building strength, improving flexibility, reducing stress and more. Proper form is emphasized through these slower paced, flowing routines. Great for both the beginner and intermediate student. Plenty of modifications for poses are offered for those “less-flexible” people who still want to do a “real” yoga class.
SHELLY YOGA | ALL LEVELS | 75 min
Shelly Yoga is a fun and therapeutic experience designed by yoga teacher and massage therapist, Shelly Happel. She integrates yoga, anatomy, bodywork, music, comedy, and massage therapy to help you harmonize your inner & outer worlds and become your own best teacher. She is very hands-on, being “licensed to touch” and can help your yoga practice move to a more profound place where you learn to listen to your body with a compassionate and informed ear and heart. Shelly’s classes combines stretching for the neck, shoulders, back and legs, with core strengthening, self massage, and a short vinyasa flow. Some standing balance poses are added to make this class fun and accessible for all ages and experience levels. She incorporates the healing power of sound through chanting/music/meditation at the end.

This class is a total body practice sequenced for your comprehensive fitness. The sequences are spiced with different yoga.
styles-traditions to create an all-around challenge to stimulate your core muscles, tone your arms, build
overall strength and flexibility. This dynamic and fast paced method assists in deepening your practice
mentally and physically. This class will be accessible to any level of practitioner while giving advanced
students the options they seek to take their practice to the next level.
YIN | ALL LEVELS | 60 min
Whether you are new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner, this class is accessible to all levels of practitioner. The postures are mostly done reclined or seated and are held for longer periods of time( 1-5 minutes). This allows for increased circulation in the joints and improved flexibility. In this meditative class we journey inward, cultivating a sense of inner peace and stillness.
