Yoga has been a part of Mallory’s life for 14 years. She started doing yoga to heal a lower back injury and got hooked on its many healing therapeutic benefits. Five years ago, she was encouraged to become a teacher by one of her very first teachers and found her gift.
TRAINING: RYT 200. Mallory completed her 200hr certification and is currently enrolled in and working towards her 500hr certification at the Asheville School of Yoga with Stephanie Keach. Mallory loves being a student and attends many workshops and retreats under Micheline Berry, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, Jen Smith and many other inspirational teachers in Tampa and beyond.
TEACHING STYLE: Mallory’s classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt with creative vinyasa flow sequencing, arm balances, inversions and end with a beautiful guided meditation to help deepen your practice. Her goal is to help you thrive in life by nurturing your body, mind and soul.
Mallory’s class “Hot Power Flow” class offerings can be found on Monday at 6 p.m. & Saturday at 11 a.m.
