Adriana began practicing yoga over ten years ago. As a long time martial artist, she initially sought solace in the physicality of the postures. Instead, what she found was a new way to process life. From the successes and the victories to the hardships and the disappointments, yoga brought her a new way to live. A graduate of Bella Prana’s 200 hour teacher certification, she hopes to teach others that the breath is the most powerful tool in a one’s arsenal. She believes yoga gives you the power to discover your truest self, bring kindness and softness to your thoughts, and offers strength during the darkest times. Her classes are physically challenging and you will leave feeling uplifted, encouraged, and motivated to be your best self.

Adriana is the founder and director of TeachPeace, Inc., a nonprofit organization inspired by yoga’s potential to unify communities and be used as a tool for healing and empowerment.

Adrianas regular offerings are Tuesdays 6-7:15 “Heated Power” & Fridays 9:15-10:15 a.m. “Power Hour”
