Nicholl has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and meditation for almost as long. Nicholl began a yoga practice when she was looking for a mental break from life. She kept returning to her mat because it was the only time of the week when she didnít think outside of the present moment. Her practice has evolved over the years, at times meeting her need to move physically and at times allowing her to quiet her mind and open spiritually. She contributes her ability to face difficult times as well as experience the joys of life to her yoga practice. Nicholl believes that the practice of yoga is unique as it meets everyone exactly where they are. Her classes are playful, challenging, and meditative in nature. She strives to teach to all levels of yogis in the room. During her classes you will be encouraged to breathe while you work your physical body and mind. Nicholl completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Bella Prana Yoga in Tampa. She is currently continuing her education under the instruction of Marley Vigdorth. Nicholl hopes that her clinical, educational, and leadership skills from her years as a speech-language pathologist will enhance her studentsí experiences on the mat.
